Beach
So I go out on the beach tonight to do some fishing and take some pictures of the truck out on the sand only to forget that I put the camera in my glove box until I am leaving the beach and airing back up. What a dumb, dumb so all I have are shots airing up before we pull out onto Ocean Parkway.

You know whats really funny? I was going to make a thread of this also with my truck a few mins ago but i want to get more pics first. I cant believe it. Before anyone asks ill say it, the first pics were with the most horrible street tires that were bald down to the metal on the insides and these things had no grip pracitally the second it started to rain. In the last 2 you can see i lifted the truck an inch and now have Dakota A/T's and now its beastly as all could be. I tried getting a pic of my tire tracks next to a Ford Bronco 2 with 39.5" Boggers but it wouldent come out to well but this thing was going through the softest and deepest sand in 2wd not even aired down. Tires are insane! I guess the only thing better would be tank tread or matt tracks
Here you can see how soft the sand can get. As it the summer goes on it gets so bumpy and literally become whoops the whole way. P.S. Yes I stopped for the fox and let it past, I though it was cool
My tire track up against a 12.5" Mud Terrain
Alright. This suburban has a 6" Superlift, 35's 5.3 Straight piped, CAI, and a Chip. Its pretty badass. Hes lifiting it to a 10" lift and putting 40's on it lol :-) Yeah my truck looks small and it sucks :-(

How much was it for your state permit?
#6
I think it was $75.00 for the permit and I had to buy 2 because my wife needed one for her Envoy since I can not fit all 6 of us in my truck. I got mine at the State Park office at Belmont lake State Park and you can get them at the Parl Police Station at Robert Moses.

I would say wait till next year. I don't think it is worth it to get it now even if you could for only a few months.
