Default flex pics

After seeing detroitmuscles pics and Hanr3s videos, I wanted to see what mine could do.[sm=devilgrin.gif]

Stock suspension 95 (non-zr2). Removed rear sway bar and about 1" torsion bar crank.

Wonder what it will do with swaybar disconnects on the front and a locker in the back.

Locker wont help much other then locking both rear axles together, the sway bar should give you more ide to side flex, well atleast it does on cherokee's

Im going to order my cable again now, ill have some 4x4 mud flex pics up in a few weeks.

exactly...When one of the rear tires lift off the ground, It'll keep climbing up and not just spin the one in the air.

I used to have a locker in a daily driver, I switched to powertrax and wont go back, its all 3 worlds in one.
That and you dont have to touch the gears or pull the carrier out to install it.

Air lockers are worth looking into as well.

Ill have new pics up this coming weekend, the cable is on its way will be here monday morning.. Going to need a DIRTY R.O.T.M soon.

By the way, nice Chooper.

Thanks man! Yeah, I plan on getting a powertrax. They seem real quick and easy to put in. And supposedly they're very streetable. (not noisey, unlocks around corners, etc...) That's good you had good experiances whith them. Makes me more comfy getting one

Yokohama geolander at-s 30X9.5. Awsome tires, but my next ones will probably be MT baja claws. Won't be for a while, these ones are fairly new.

Same ones I got, Might be the blackwall vs white letters, I got my white letters showing, never really seen the black side of it.
Im contemplating the new Kumho road venture A/T's they got a nice tread pattern and a good reputation with the Jeep guys, Ill keep the geolanders for the winter since they are awesome in wet/snowy conditions.

The Powertrax is a rear diff locker... Kinda like the one in the older Blazers (the newer ones, the G80 code seems to be LSD... at least mine is...)

When one wheel slips, instead of using clutches or springs to equalize the wheel speeds, the locker uses solid pins to lock both wheels and make them spin at the same speed...

Personally, I'd like a limited slip locker myself... LSD is nice for throwing yourself around corners in the snow, lol...

Do they even make limited slip lockers? Basically an LSD with an electric or air controlled locker...
