Haha thanks man!! I took the time to unbolt it so that way if for some strange reason I ever wanted to put it back on I could. I agree with you that it looks way better and tougher without it. Another reason for the removal was to fit my tires. I have 31s with zero lift so there was substantial rubbing up front until a little surgery was performed

that does look boss. i took mine off after i ripped half of it backing off a stump. i like the way it looks. you gotta have the aluminum skid plates though. ive seen some people without them or no skid plates at all and it looks like crap.

Haha yeah I've seen that to and it's just silly looking to me I wouldn't take it off without the skids. But I guess to each his own right!!

Well lucky for me, I found an aluminum skid at the yard a few days ago. I cleaned it up and installed it tonight! Excited about that. Now I need to take off the lower valence and let the metal skid show! My only problem is taking the lower valence off. I really wanted to get it off while leaving the bumper and brush guard on the blaze intact. But it looks like I might have to take the bumper brush and bumper off.

You only have to remove the brush guard if you want to keep the valence in one piece.

That's not going to be fun. It was put on with a buddy's air tools. I guess I'll have to take it back over there because my hand tools won't get it done lol.

Just cut the valence off. It's only plastic, haha

Yeah, true lol. I thought I might try to sculpt it first though haha. If you have seen blazinator's green and red blazer's, I like how they have sculpted theirs.

I guess if I cut it and ever need another one, the junkyard has plenty lol.

That is very true. My stepmom always says "the store's got more."
