that sucks!! I had to pressure wash the inside of my blazer.... TWICE!!!!! mud doesn't come out very easy, I would recommend removing seats/etc to properly clean it... It will be faster in the end...

id check your all your fluids the your rear and front end and transfer case also the trans

If water gets into them thats not a good sign
