Got some pics when I pulled the truck into the warehouse I work at to install the new amplifier. Truck hadn't been washed in a week or so, but they look pretty good I think. Once I get the shakles in the back, I'll snap some more and clean it up first.

and the money shot...

Comming soon to a Blazer near me...
Going up from stock GU6 3.42 gears to 4.10 gears.

Monster 1/0 gauge wire for the amp wiring and Big 3.

And just for
, I saw this out today. Nissan GT-R. The American release of the Skyline pretty much. SEXY! Silver with black rims. Beautiful...

Welp, that's about it, hope you enjoyed!

How big are the tires? 4:10 seems like alot.
It looks great. Love those rims on it.

Hopefully you got two sets of gears....

The Stig, They are 265-75-16 (or roughly 31.6x10.4x16) tires. I figure that 4.10 would be better than just going from 3.42 to 3.73. Plus my 92 doesn't have the same HP as the newer models. So I think 4.10 will work good. I crunched some numbers and to get a factory ratio I would need around 3.98 gearing or something like that. So 4.10 is not to much over that.
Thanks for the love on the rims. Got them for under $100 and are straight and true. Probley paint or powdercoat the insides of the blades black when the truck gets painted.
wlorton, Nope only got the rear for now. Won't be using 4x4 this summer
But I don't wheel very hard and really need something to help with the city/highway department. I drive about 55 miles a day to work round trip. And having these tires and 3.42 gears is like having factory tires and 2.93 gears. And the older TBI 4.3's only do about 180hp if I remember right so I need all the help I can get. I've had little kids on tricycles pass me going up hills here lately! lol
I normally only use 4x4 in snow so I can maintain a steady speed through back roads. And even then it's 4hi, haven't been in 4lo in over 2 years. But I know that if I try to use 4x4 with two diffrent gear ratios it will be locked up, lol.

Got ya, Thanks for lookin out for the forum though. I've met people that didn't know that. That guy with the mud truck is a con man.
My buddy bought a truck with 35's and the front was like 3 inches higher than the back. The torsion adjuster bolts were cranked as far as they would go. The mud tires were almost bald on the outside edge they were so far out of alignment. He bought it and had to replace pretty much the entire front suspension. And the guy he bought it from kept saying, "That won't hurt nothing turning the bars up like that. That's why they were made like that to lift it to level it." Yeah, but 3 inches higher than the back isn't "level", lol.
He also had carbon fiber floor mats AND carbon fiber mirrors on a lifted chevy k1500 pickup if that tells you anything about his car modification knowledge and skills, lol!
People like that need shot. When I see a lifted truck for sale, and it has REALLY small tires on it. It makes me wonder if it has more miles on it that the odometer shows. Cause bigger tires show less mileage than factory size. So when I see something with
37's one day, and then see it for sale with like 31's on it. And the window says something like "only 118,000 miles!", makes me wonder...

Good looking truck man. If I remember my 91 4.3 TBI had 160 HP.

Really, I knew the HP wasn't very high but damn. In that case I'am glad I went with 4.10! lol Next weekend can't get here fast enough...
