I wanted something in the cargo area in my Blazer and I didnt want to spend $75 on an official floor mat for it. I went to Wal Mart and bought a 40"x60" household area rug for about $13 and then I trimmed it down a bit to fit the cargo area a bit better. It's not great, but it's what I wanted and it looks better to me. As you can see in one pic, it looks as if battery acid or something spilt onto the carpet and ate it a bit. This carpet will cover that, and prevent stains in the cargo area when I'm hauliong anything.

I wanted something that is close to the color of my interior, but I wasn't to picky about it.

looks like a close match....on the picky side you should tuck it up under the panels on both sides for a "clean" look without having to trim.
just a thought.

Looks pretty nice, I also think it would look even cleaner if you tucked it.

I don't want to tuck it, because it want it to be easily removable in case I get something on it, or need access to the hooks under it. If it wasn't for that, tucking it would be a great idea though.

I replaced the carpet in mine with the vinyl out of a base model I got in a junk yard. Not sure if 2nd gens had that option or if they all had carpet.

I just throw a tarp in the back when I put an elk or deer back there.

I still have blood back there as I've never cleaned it over the last 10+ years. Wait, I did vacuum it once...lol
