Yes that is a silverline tip you can find it online some places. But here is a magnaflow tip on mine.

To answer your question though, it is a Silverline tip.. I remember checking the Silverline site to see what other tips were there and I could never find the same one.

It appears to be two smaller tips welded to a small y-pipe.

I have PLENTY of pictures of it

 

GM? They look very similar to Corvette C6 tips.

They're badges from a 2008-09 TrailBlazer.

They're a little high at the dealer (~$30 each) so I recommend checking eBay. More details/pictures HERE
