'00 Blazer; Possible transfer case leak?

Default '00 Blazer; Possible transfer case leak?

I took a look under my gf's '00 4wd Blazer and it looks like she has an oil leak.Some pics are below. As you can see, it seems to be to the left of the drain plug. Anyone have any idea what needs to be replaced to fix this leak?

Is it an oil leak or a transfer case leak? That is the same link you posted in your other thread and it only shows the engine oil pan...

That is the oil pan correct? Next time the oil gets changed replace the oil plug o-ring or gasket. See if that helps. If it was me it doesn't look bad enought to worry about. But try a plug gasket.

Tough to judge by those pics. I would get a can of brake parts cleaner, clean off the old oil and keep a eye on it to see where it starts leaking from.
