Default 2000 Blazer 4x4 transfer case fill plug

Do I have this right? The 2000 Blazer transfer case uses AutoTrak 2 fluid? On the transfer case, there is a drain plug and a separate fill plug and the capacity is 2.4 quarts. Right?

My 4x4 has quit and I think it is a fluid problem. I think there is a leak.

Any other tips about transfer case fluid draining or adding?

Thanks.

Drain the fluid while it's still warm into a clear bottle. It helps get all of the dirt and metal shavings out of the tranfercase. And being in the clear bottle you can look at how much crap is in the oil. Also pull the bottom plug first, when the flow slows down remove the top plug. Helps prevent the massive stream of fluid and keps you cleaner.
