The site that I usually use to find parts on an interchange basis has a ton of choices for 2001 S series Blazer before I get to the actual list of potential donors.
I see 4WD, is yours 2 door or 4 door? Automatic or manual? It also wants to know about several RPO codes. ZR2, NP1, NP8, and ZM6 all have some influence on the 2 door models. It looks like all 4 door models are automatic transmission, and only NP1 and NP8 codes matter for the 4 door.
For a 4wd, 4 door, with NP1 (just a random guess) it's showing me anything from 1996 to 2005 with the same codes will fit. I suspect if the RPO codes match up, anything from a second Gen SUV will fit. However, I'm only seeing SUV's in the list, so this is not a part that interchanges with the S/T series pickup trucks.
If you can get check your SPIDS in your glove box, and see which RPO's from that list you have, and which you don't have, I can get exact years for your exact combination. I think NP1 and NP8 are the two different transfer cases with the 4wd options, and I don't see Olds Bravada's on the interchange, so the Bravada full time AWD Borg Warner transfer case is different from the Blazer ones, and those drive shafts won't interchange.

For used parts, I would go to Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market
I actually checked the interchange on another subscription site, but car-part.com uses that same data.
Put in your year (2001), model (Chevy Blazer S10/S15) and the part you are looking for (drive shaft, rear), and it will ask you which one you need. You have a 4x4, 4 door with NP8 transfer case, that's the last choice on the list I get for that year, model and part.
It looks like yours is from a 1999 S series blazer up to a 2009 TrailBlazer. I'm skeptical about the 2006 and later trailblazers, though. The GM parts catalog lists a different part # for those models.
Also, I think the drive shafts are the same length, and I think the difference between them is the yoke piece that slides on the transfer case. Most used parts yards include the yoke with the drive shaft. So if you get one that doesn't directly fit, you could keep your yoke and put it on the "new" driveshaft.
