4 wheel to 2 wheel problem, clicking in front

Vacuum switch on t-case ended being the culprit. $23 bucks and problen solved!! Thanks for all the help.

Have to be in neutral to shift in 4lo? ok good call, I didn't know. Thanks a bunch!

Yeah, it helps to be in neutral and rolling very slightly either forward or reverse.
