Default 4 wheel drive diagnoses

My 98 blazer will not go into 4hi or 4lo just blinks. So I replaced my transfer case switch, checked under the battery and the actuator pump seems to be in fine condition, everything appears to be hooked up just fine and no vacuum hoses are broken or leaking. Any ideas?

Did you check the Transfer Case Control Module that resides in the passenger side kick-panel? Is the TCCM clicking? I had mine go out on me giving similar symptoms.

Do you have the 4-Button or 3-Button system?

There should be some clicking as I believe the TCCM has relays in it to direct power to different circuits.
