4wd front sway bar

4wd front sway bar
I've been looking for a front sway bar for a 1991 s10 blazer 2 door 4wd, only ones I can find are for the 2wd. After removing the one I have I can tell they look a little different, are the 2wd sway bars adaptable to the 4wd?
