I have a 94 Blazer, 193,000 on it.... New poster long time reader. I have an issue which I seeposted alot. My 4x4 will work when I disconnect the battery and reset the system. It will work fine while inthe driveway but once I leave and come back no 4x4 hi just low. I have replaced the vacumm lines, vacumm switch under the battey, the transfer case switch and now the motor. Same thing, will go into 4x4 low but no hi, messed with it now it is stuck in hi, I thought the moter was the issue but nope.... Any ideas? Maybe the switch is crapping out half the time? I re greased the cable and the front end is locked in 100%
Thanks Steve

Have you tried to pull codes from the TCCM? IT could be the switch like you stated but it could also be the TCCM. IF you haven't pulled the codes (if there are any), that would be the next step considering everything else you have done

I looked for codes and all I had was a code for the EGR, which I cleared with the techII.

This thread covers the reading of codes for the NV233 TCCM:
NV233 transfer case / encoding motor switch
And this thread covers the no mode switch (2HI to 4HI) for the NV233:
NV233 No Mode Switch (ie. 2HI to 4HI)
Wire colors and pin-outs may be different, but it should help.
