Hi ive got a 95 4x4 jimmy and the rpo code sticker is gone from the glove box and the previouse owner swapped the rear diff because he shattered the old one... Now ive looked at the ring gear and it has 3.42s .... How can i check my front diff to see if he matched the gears up right? Is their markings or a trick without pulling the diff out?

I dont wanna go play with my new truck until i know my differentials arent gonna rip apart apart cuz of different gearing lol
