Ok going over things and the purpose of buying the whole axle is to avoid having to set the pinion deoth for rebuild. So it seems now as easy as removing my locker from old axle and installing new axle ring gear rite on the locker then installing the original new axle shims onto the locking carrier with proper raito ring gear. Seems to me just a simple swap or might there be a hidden danger i just dont see??

You're going to need a shim kit to swap a carrier from one axle housing to another. It does require setting the pinion depth, gear pattern and backlash. Make sure you understand every step for rebuilding the differential so nothing comes back and bites you.
