to mount a dually axle on a blazer? i have seen it done before on older trucks but i cant seem to find one for a blazer.

Never seen one done on a blazer but think it would be kinda interesting to see.

If you are talking about putting a fullsize dually axle under an s-series truck, that is going to be one wide truck!!

even if he were to get it cut down to fit the dimensions of the "S" series, besides being waaaaay expensive, he'd have a bitch of a time trying to fit wheels front & back.
so i guess that means you're gonna be doin' the ol' SAS as well!

My only question is WHY?
Why would you put a dually under an S10?
I have seen a dually under a Ford Ranger and it looks funny as hell. If your trying to gain load capacity, take the money and buy a fullsize. It already can handle the load.
