Hello All. i have a first generation S-10 Blazer 2wd. My Grandfather purchased it new. It has under 50,000 original miles and babied it's entire life. My Grandfather has passed on. The 2.8 is dead. I ordered a GM 350/290hp crate engine. It's not my first conversion. I want to make my Grandfather proud (he was a gear head back in his prime.) I was thinking about bagging it. I want to keep the ride nice, and wondering what all is involved, as far as mods. I am very mechanically inclined but have never played with stuff like this yet. I just want to get an idea of the ride quality before I attempt it. It is going to be my daily driver. It is the nicest vehicle I have. It doesn't need paint or interior work. It needs a sound system..the factory cassette player needs to go...

with the rite kit and money u can get the stock ride feel with bags. it also depends how low u want it to sit. the best thing to do to them is 4 link the rear and get rid of the leafs, the front is ez. but u may need to a c-notch in the frame and redo the axle cover to set it low. if u just want them to have them then u wont need to fab the rear. ive never done a blazer but ive heard they can be a pain. but they look bad *** bagged.....lol.
