baja look

Default baja look

I want to make my 2000 chevy s10 blazer 2wd and 2door, automatic ready for sand and stuff. what kind of suspension , lift, axles , and tires would i need to make it look ready? i want to stay cheep . thanks if you can help.
it has a 4.3 vortec in it.

Depends on if you want to drive it like a prerunner, or just have the look. If you just want the look, you can go for a set of raised coils in the front/lift shackles in the rear. Slightly taller tires on wider rims. Fab up some sort of prerunner bar to use with your stock bumper and mount a pair of large driving lights on it, and voila!

If you want it to actually perform well, that's a different story. There aren't many people running S-10 prerunners, but there are some. Check out DezertDimes if you want to see what it takes to build a decently performing prerunner.

well how much do you think i would be looking at if i did want to take it all the way with some nice shocks and suspension lift and exhaust and everything? and i wouldnt need bigger axles would I?

Wheels/tires could run to about a grand.
