If you stick with a 2 inch lift not much will have to be extended....find the performance acc. Pdf file online and download it...it will show hou all you need to do. I did mine my self to...its not that bad really

Eat a hearty breakfast, pack a lunch and plan on a late dinner if you are doing it by yourself. Air tools will speed up the process considerably. Pre-planning will also help you with the time frame. Go over each step BEFORE you start.

Yup..it took me a full day 7 am till way past night fall. But i took my time...watch the frame bolts...that will be the real time killer. Soak them for a couple days ahead of time with pb nut blaster or such

Also for a 2nd gen blazer you can only get a 2" B/L unless you don't care where the bumpers sit. Mine has a 3" that was installed before I got it & the bumpers remain at stock height because they don'y make bumper brackets for a 3" lift kit on a 2nd gen blazer. Our rear class III hitch is incorporated with the rear bumper mounting brackets. If you change that they say you can't use it to tow anymore.
