Default Bolt Pattern Problem?

I have an interesting problem and maybe I am just missing something but I really got my self in one this time. So everywhere I read I have found that my '98 4 door 4x4 blazer should have a 5 on 4.75 bolt pattern. Well, I went and bought these rims and tires for a heck of a deal and he told me they were a 5 on 4.75 bolt pattern but when I went to put them on they were just barely too small. I figured the guy had lied to me about the bolt pattern but I went to a tire shop to make sure they were the size I was told and the guy there measured the bolt pattern and said they were 5 on 4.75. What the heck? I cant figure out why they wont fit. Do I need a different bolt pattern?

What did they come off of? Do you know the brand and style? Yes your truck is 5x4.75 if it's factory. I bet the new rims are 5x120 metric wheels. Post a picture of them.

They are ultra brand rims and the guy said they came off of an older chevy van that he was turning into the scooby-doo van. That should have been my first tip off right there. i will try and get a pic up in a little bit.

Do the studs not line up with the holes or does the wheel not fully seat on the hub? Hub bore is usually a problem most people overlook.

older chevy van is most likely 5x5, wrong bolt pattern wheels. there were no vans with 5x4.75

Yeah I just double checked and the guy at the tire shop must have measured them wrong because they are 5 on 5. Thanks guys
