Default Clunk when transitioning from forward to reverse

Hello everyone I have a bit of a problem that has started with my 2004 blazer 4wd. There is a clunk noise when transitioning from forward to reverse. For example I back out of a parking space turn the wheel as Im backing out and there is a loud clunk when I apply the brakes. just on clunk that sounds like its coming from the front end. When I drive forward it will make another loud clunk when applying the brakes. It can be repeated every time and seems to be louder when I apply the brakes harder. It only happens when applying the brakes. Almost sounds like the pads are shifting, What you guys think?

This sounds very similar to when I had an upper control arm mounting bolt come loose... Have you had an alignment done recently by chance? Mine started after an alignment and they tech didn't tighten the bolt down fully apparently...
