Default Clunking coming from front passenger wheel

So I have a 1993 S10 blazer tahoe LT with the 4wd. it will make this clunking noise when the weight shifts to the passenger front wheel. mainly taking left turns. some times it will do it in a straight line over some larger bumps going more than a snails pace. and then never when taking right turns. the ball joints have been replaced a couple years ago and lubed regularly. and i just put a new half shaft in it recently and the problem persisted. i have shaken the tranny and other varies spots that i have read about on other threads but all are solid. the only thing that might cause an issue is the bushings for the sway bar and not snug against the bar, but do have about the same gap on both sides and dont really show rot. so what i ask is any insight and anything i can test to help diagnose the problem and fix it.

Have you checked the sway bar end links?

there is a gap in the end link bushings as well (the bar does not fill the hole look). since its the the 4wd it uses 2 bolts and a clamp that go around the bar and bushing instead of the single bolt that goes through the bar itself (just making sure we are on the same page). the gap is about the same in the bushing on both sides and the bolts holding the clamps were as tight as they could get.
