Correct way to install these new sway bar links?

Default Correct way to install these new sway bar links?

I ordered the item and got this

everythings the same except the plastics are blue on this one.
Anyway what is the correct way to get this thing on? washer between every plastic part?
What about the spacer? my current ones are nothing like this so im pretty much lost

I'd have to go take a look to be sure but I know for a fact you have a washer on top and bottom. It's dark out and raining a little so it will have to wait until tomorrow unless someone else posts up before then.
