Default crazy things happening 4 button auto 4wd 99 blazer np8

So I posted back in 2012 lol about 4wd issues same truck same problems. No power to the 4wd system at all. Did some troubleshooting came up empty wasnt daily driving the truck. Over the past year and a half Ive been daily driving her. Occasionally when is raining heavy and the underside of the truck get really wet big puddles and such. The 4wd lights start blinking and the trucks starts shifting funny like it stuck in 2nd gear. Pull 4wd fuse driveabilty returns to normal. Crazy thing the other day crazy rain storms huges puddles light blinkings pulled fuse continued home. Couple hours later put fuse in start truck 4wd switch all flashing lights. The all of a sudden only 2hi was lit like the system was operating correctly. Was hesitant to put in 4 hi as didnt want to get stuck in 4 hi. But i selected auto 4wheel the light blinked for a couple secs then went solid like it was functioning normally switched it back to 2 hi blinked a few secs then went solid. Sweet it fixed it self. Of course it didnt. I kno better lol. Then all light go out and stay that way. Until the underside of the vehical gets wet again. Does not happen all the time. Not every rain. Just when puddles are mashed in There has to be a short some where. My question is how many electrical connections are under the vehical that could be getting wet that could be causeing those symptons and where does the wiring run as far as well as grounding points. Dont have a lift. Crawling around on my back in a dirt drive way. Any help is appreciated. Just would like to get power to the system an take it from there as to. If onces i get constant power all might work perfectly Thanks in Advance Steve
