Default Creaking

A buddy of mine has an 03 blazer just replaced the shocks 3 months ago with some Gabriel Ultras from Autozone.

Whenever he goes over speed bumps there is a pretty loud creaking sound. Also when going up or down his driveway going at it from straight on.

If we gets out and push on a corner of his truck we can also here the noise its in the font end. Would it be rubber bushings that need replacement or shocks that are shot?

They may not need replacement, just lubrication. I would try that first. If you find the offending bushing with some lithium spray grease, then you can see about removing it and putting some better, more permanent grease in place.

Was it squeaking before the shock install?
