Death Shake
Hello all! Long time viewer, first time poster. Please forgive any noobiness, but i've searched high and low and can't seem to find a solution to this.
I have an 01 4wd that has developed a "death shake", it's the only way I can describe it. It only does it when I am going over bumps in the road, but stops once the road is smooth again. It feels almost as if it shakes side to side.
All 4 shocks were replaced in March, bearings on both sides, as well as all 4 tie rod ends (with sleeves), and all 4 ball joints have been replaced in the past month. The idler and pitman arms are next, if that makes a difference. I have not gotten an alignment yet because I'm waiting to get all of this done before dropping another 90 bucks. Grr. Any insight would be helpful.

most the time ive ran into this problem its from running giant tires that were unballenced. i had a old truck that did it so bad you couldnt even drive the truck. each front tire took 2lbs of weight and that fixed the problem. they were old 38 inch bias ply tires with giant flat spots in them.
