Doggonnit! Idler arm play?
#11
haha no! the hardest part is keeping the bolts from falling off into the frame then having to fish them out of that small hole with your pinky. Ive got a 2" extensions and 2 sockets in my frame now that's always going to be there lol.
if you have a friend that can help, have him hold the bolts in the frame while you get the new one on and the nuts started. everything else is gravy. Other then getting the pickle fork in the right angle to have room to swing at it.
My new issue (well, its always been there) is i have instant response when i barely turn my steering wheel to the left, but a 1" delay of play when i turn it to the right. Everything on front is pretty much tight. Im guessing rag joint or steering box play. ive got a short in my steering column somewhere thats causing my front blinker not to work unless i turn my wheel a bit,i may change out the whole thing (which will fix my steering wheel slop from the loose bolts that always backs out) and it'll fix my short. I might do the jeep shaft swap then too,so while its out i can drill a hole for a safety bolt to run through it.
