front axle shaft on right side is stil leaking

front axle shaft on right side is stil leaking
I have replaced the axle seal once on the right side but still it leaks. Half shaft does have quite a bit of up and down movement. Was thinking the bearing at the end of the axle tube is bad is this a commion problem if so do I need to remove the right side tube to replace it.
