I removed my old cv axle finialy and I am trying to get my new one on. But no matter what angle I try no luck. Does it have the instructions on how to do it in the books at auto zone?

Hey, glad ya finally got that thing out. Curious how did ya get it out? Grinder, welder, other? Last i heard it was being a pain in the rear. Anyways to get the new cv in, yeah its a pain. I assume you cant get it to seat in the diff right? If thats the case it helps to have a buddy hold it for ya while ya twist the cv and put pressure on it to get it so seat right. Takes some time but it will pop right in. Other thing to check is that you have the right cv. The left and right side are different and each will only slide in on their correct side. Easiest way to tell is to look at the end that goes in the diff and then at the tube to the diff and make sure that its the correct end needed.
