Default Front Diff Leaking...Pinion Seal?

Hi everyone. My front differential has been slowly dripping/leaking for the past 2 months or so. It is leaking from where the driveshaft inserts into the diff. Is this the pinion seal that is bad? I did a search on here but still wasn't too clear if that was causing the leak or not.Any ideas?

If it is leaking out around where the front driveshaft connects to the front differential, then yes, that would be the pinion seal. Do you have any pictures of the leak location?

No I don't, but I am sure that's where the leak is coming from. I wiped it all off with a rag and saw that it was wet right where the driveshaft goes in. I will try to get some pics tomorrow.
