Ok so tonight I decided to change the oil on the Blazer and I went to pull the filter off but it was stuck so i took the gaurd plate off to get a better grip. Well I pulled it off and decided to take a look around just to get to know whats up there and guess what I found. A vacuum line that appears to be burnt thro in one spot. It leads to the top of the diff but I cant seem to find where the other end is supposed to lead to! Can someone help me? Its a 97 Blazer. Heres a couple of pics of the line.

 

Looks like the vent for the front diff. It should just run up to near the top of the radiator & have a little plastic cap on the end of it to prevent debris from getting in while still allowing air to exit/enter.

 

Ok thanks. So its not an actual vacuum line. Hmm ok. Ugh Im just so sick and tired of this POS. Think Im gonna put it on craigslist and go back to Dodge
