Possibly ball joints, control arm bushings, sway bar end links... If it is only when you have the wheel cranked all the way in a particular direction, it could be a potential problem with the CV joints.

Anything else been changed that you neglected to mention???

The boots being in 'good shape' really doesn't tell you if the CV joint is good.

Is the noise related to ground speed? Does it occur only when at the extremes of steering? Can you provide any more details to narrow it down?

The speed for parking is less than 5 m/hr may be a hard left or right. When stopping, the speed is about 30 - 35 m/hr and I can feel the popping noise below the floor board on the driver side this will be the same for parking.

If it feels like it is coming from underneath you, you may want to check out the cross member at the rear of the torsion bars. Also, have you checked your motor & transmission mounts?
