Default Front end issues

I have a 1992 s10 blazer 4 wheel drive front drive shaft on the driver side is loose and worn out can I remove the drive shaft and still operate the vehicle if so please tell me I can or can't need help asap don't have the money to fix right now it is stock

The front drive shaft you should be able too - If you are talking about the front axle NO the end of the shaft runs thu the spindle bearings and holds them together also you will lose lube out of the front diff without the shaft installed
