autozone also has gabreils for $16.99 each..... also what does LT mean in the shock description? i have a 95 S10 pick up ext cab 4x4 truck... i want to spend the least amount as possibble to stop my bouncy front end on my truck....if anyone has used either of these shocks mentioned above, please let me know if they are bouncy or not.
thanks

Not sure what the LT means, and don't have much to say about the Monroes, but I replaced my front shocks on my 95 Blazer 4x4 a few months ago with the AZ Gabreils and would not suggest them. They did a HUGE difference being the ones I replaced were really gone, but after taking it off road for a few hours, you could feel the wave going down the freeway again. Still not as bad as before but I will probably end up replacing them again soon...
The little I have heard about Monroe has all been good. They are definitely a name brand product. However, you get what you pay for so... I believe the LT stands for lite duty, but I don't want to tell any lies...

the gasmatics are the cheap monroe option, the next step would be sensatrack followed Ty reflex. If I recall they are single stage shock, so they will be a liittle bouncy since they handle little bumps the same as large ones.
