My 2000 factory service manual says the lower control arm bushing nuts get torqued to 81 foot pounds. The upper control arm retaining nuts get 85 foot pounds. The torque specs. are the same for 2 and 4 wheel drive.

The factory service manual reads 85 foot pounds for both pairs of nuts.
