Default Front wheel wabble

I have a 99 bazer 4x4 with some front wheel wabble. I had noticed that the front passengers wheel has quite a bad wabble to it when moving it at 3 and 9. Theres no wabble at 12 and 6. My first thought was tie rod end. I put one on today and still have the wabble. Its very hard to tell whats loose bc when you move the paqssengers wheel the drivers moves slightly so everything is moving from one side to the other. The drivers side is no wheres as bad as the right. Just wondering what it could be withut buying everything to put on it. When you move it at 3 and 9 it seems to only push it at 3 but not much at 9 if ya understand.

jack the front up and push and pull the tire in and out. (push in on the top and pull from the bottom. if you have any wobble in the tire you have a bad wheel bearing. these are very common failure in the blazers

sounds like a wheel bearing cause in theory there should not be any movement side to side. you have any video of it you could upload?
