Exclamation Ft axle problem? PLEASE HELP

The passenger side output shaft keeps popping out of the differential. It sticks out about two inches. I tore everything apart and could not find the reason but had to replace a washer inside the 4x4 actuater. It stayed in for a couple days then popped back out. What is causing this?

Listen man, you need to have patience. Posting at 1AM and expecting an answer at 3AM is ridiculous. Besides that point, you have not provided anywhere near the information required for anyone to actually help you. What are you driving? Front or rear axle? Any other pertinent details that you can provide?

if its a 2nd gen s series, then it sounds like the C clip in the differential that holds the cv in place is either broken or broken.
