whats the easiest way to figure out what size front and rear gears I will need to buy? Not really sure if the rear in my truck is a 7.5 or 8.5. how can i tell?

You should almost positively have the 7.625 rear end. The 8.5 only came on the ZR2s. But to tell the difference you just look at the shape of the diff. The 7.625 is ovalish, with the flat spot on the bottom. The 8.5 is a circle.

Front end is 7.2 IFS diff.

You also might want to look for a G80 or a Powertrax lock-right for your rear end if youre going to have the diffs apart anyway. Just a little bit more oomph from the back wheels when its nasty.
