The first ones look like the ones i got, i think they are original.
Those others look like a DIY job.
i think both of them are way too expensive for what you get. (me being a cheap *** dutchman
)
Is there no machine shop or metal fabricator near your place who you can buy a box of bud
to weld a copy of your shackles for you?

Those linked last are factory sized ones. 4 inches hole to hole is factory, as my 2 inch lift are 8 inches hole to hole. I can go out and measure this morning if necessary though to check on the size

Ive been messing around with Autodesk Inventor and came up with this for the oem shackles on my 2002 blazer. i think yours are the same.
