Default idler arm and pitman arm prob

Trying to replace the idler arm and pitman arm on my 98 jimmy 4x4. Am having trouble separating them from the centerlink . Tried a 2-jaw puller and a pickle fork but can't get them apart. Any suggestions?

might need a smaller pickle fork. on some trucks i find that the normal size one just kinda spreads the forks and doesnt really push it. if i go to the smaller one they will come right off. or a air hammer might work

I used a two jaw puller and a impact , came right off . As for the idler arm beat the crap out of it . BFH is preferred tool to use .

I couldn't keep the 2-jaw puller from slipping off, could I heat it up some with a torch?
