Default leaning question?

Ok so when I bought my Blaz, it leaned pretty good towards the driver side front but all 4 shocks needed to be replaced BADLY! So with the help of my dad, all 4 were replaced. But, it still leans towars the front driver side. Its about an inch down. So I climbed under it one afternoon and torqued down the tbars thinking maybe that would fix it. No. Still leans. There appears to be no damage underneath it anywhere, not even rust. The sway bar is real clean so Im thinking it was replaced. Anyone have any ideas what it could be? Ill try to remember to take some pics tomorrow of the front end.

I would give the whole front suspension a shake down. Ball joints, tie rods, idler and pitman arms.
