I have a 90 Fullsize 4x4 Blazer I have a 3 inch block lift in the back and i need to get 2 inches of lift in the front to level it. I would like to add another three inches in the back which would mean 5 inches in the front to lift and level. What is the cheapest way to get this much lift? 3 inches in back and 5 inches in the front

Ummm... I suggest a combo of Body and Suspension lift. I really don't think its a good idea to put lift blocks on top of each other.
So imo the cheapest way to level it out is to just buy a new 3 inch Body lift and replace all the lift blocks. Then get an add a leaf, or shackles, or a suspension lift to get another 2 inches of lift. Or vise versa, 2 inch BL and 3 inch leaf/shackle/springs.
I'm also confused as to why you want to level it... then lift the back end higher again...Do you have any pictures of the truck?

Ive already put 3 inch lift blocks in the rear and i need 2 inches in the front to level it but i want to lift the whole truck another 3 inches. Thus i would need 3 more inches in the back and a total of 5 inches in the front. to lift 3 inches and level at the same time.
A local auto parts store has this for sale. Would this work for my truck?

Alrighty, I see where I read it wrong. I must have been multitasking lol
Those appear to be lift shackles... I'm not sure because I'm not familiar with them nor do I speak Spanish lol. I'm not sure if Shackles are universal so I'm just gonna shut my mouth about those.
You also might want to look into getting longer shocks. Unless of course you already have aftermarket shocks that are long enough.
