I have a '94 Chevy Blazer (of course) and my friend was telling me how I can lift it without a lift kit. He said it's only about a 2 inch lift. If it is possible, can someone help me and tell me what I gotta do to do that?

most likely a shackle lift. just search it on here on the forum alot of guys have done it. you usually combine it with a t-bar crank

or you could buy add a leafs and torsion keys, lifts the ride 2 1/2 inches without having to crank the t bars.. so no stress on them, i did it to my truck check it out. (its inepensive as well, though a shackle lift is a bit cheaper.)

keys are still going to crank the t-bars all they do is make sure the bars are exactly cranked the same on each side. they do not change the camber offset caused by cranking them. you're still going to be wearing the cv joints and the balljoints at an accelarated rate. as long as you don't go past 1.5" on the t-bar you should be allright. look into the how to t-bar crank thread
my recommendation would be a shackle lift (45 bucks on ebay), and a t-bar crank(free) and a 2" body lift (120-199)

Cranking the t-bars can mess with the camber... That's the reason for the alignment after you do a t-bar lift.

I didn't correct you on that. I corrected you on the fact that it does mess with the camber which you clearly stated otherwise. But you obviously missed that and wanted to only point at what you parroted correctly...

you're a 94 4WD?
then look at the "how to: t-bar crank" in the Tech section.
t -bar crank = lifting the front end by turning one bolt on each side... then get an alignment or kiss your tires goodbye...
rear end lift for free = unbolt your leaf springs and put them ON TOP of your axel...
or buy the $60 (after s&h) 2" lift shackles for a non-going-to-kill-you lift
AND sincec you are a 94... you can just buy a 3" body lift for $90 shipped.
so 3" BL + 2" (no MORE!!) t-bar + 2" shackles = Win.
then get yourself some nice 15x13 rims and have some 29x15 paddle tires and wonder why the hell you listened to me

yes you did correct me on the camber can be corrected on an alignment. on a previous thread though i asked about an alignment correcting the angle the lift causes the cv to be at. which is where you told me an alignment would not correct this angle. that is what i was reffering to. sorry to be confusing on the previous post
