Please do your best to describe it in detail and use the video as a supplement. Not all of us can view video's while at work.

4x4 does not engage at all, checked all vacuum lines and actuator is fine, you think that looks ok? i think theres absolutely no reason why in 4x4 that that side of the axle assembly should be shifting like that, and you can also pull and push and the axle side to side and it move about 1/2"-1.25"

There ya go... you didn't explain anything at all like swartlkk asked before, so I had no clue what you were showing us.

From what I recall, Blazers have an open front end (one wheel spins only) so... which side is this on, driver or passenger?

yea sorry about that, i had a different thread on here related to my problem, but its on the passenger side. and from what i get when its locked when you spin one wheel the other should spin the other way? The drivers side tire turns fine with no problems, but this side has a nasty catching like the video shows...just completely stumped on this situation.

If you can, put the whole truck up on jackstands. Then, start the truck, put it in 4x4, and put it in gear. all of the tire should spin in the same direction. Listen for weird noises, and go from there. Change the oil in your front diff. Observe the oil that comes out of the diff. Look for metal particles or any contamination. Also, the halfshaft on the passenger side might be worn.
