Default Need some alignment help

Backstory: I have a 2001 Chevy Blazer 4WD with a RC 6 inch lift, and 33 12.5 R15 on 15x10 -24 offset. I have new suspension components.

I have access to an alignment machine and have attempted to align my truck at least 6 times. I even tried aligning it with the stock wheels. For the life of me, I can't get the toe correct. The steering wheel always ends up crooked. I'm not sure what's wrong with it but if anyone has any tips that would be awesome.

Make a note of the steering wheel position when you're going straight down the road. Park it with the steering wheel in that position, with the key in the "unlock" position. With the wheels on the ground, adjust both tie rods equally in the same direction (make one shorter and the opposite one longer so you don't change the overall toe adjustment) until the steering wheel is straight.
