Angry pin hole in my cv joint boot

Hey guys, somehow I put a pin hole in the cv boot closest to the flange on both the passenger and driver side while putting in my trailmaster 5 inch kit. Is it hard to replace the boots? I have never changed one before can someone give me a run down of what I need to do. Do I even need to replace them or is there maybe a patch kit or something? Thanks for any help you guys give.
