Default pulling to the right

Its winter here in Utah I slid into a curb pretty hard the front right took pretty much the entire impact and now when I start the engine I hear a clunk its pulling to the right really hard and makes a funny noise when I brake I got underneath it there is a bar that goes all the way across connecting both front tires and now on the right side where I hit it is loose but but not on the other side what is that bar and have I really messed my car up or just knocked it out of alignment
Oh and its a 99 2 door s10 blazer

Right side impact wont make a tie rod loose. Check your idler arm, its fastened to the frame and tie rod/center link. You can also check for a bent lower control arm. Do you have the ability to post pictures?
