Default question about leaning blazers?

ive noticed alot of blazers lean either left or right which in this case my 99 4dr blazer leans to the right what causes this it has fairly new shocks and none of them are leaking and its not bouncy going down the road

Was there a question in there? Didn't see any punctuation either. /

Unless the shocks are adjustable (either coil overs or air shocks), they won't have any affect on the ride height of the truck.

The lean is caused by either improperly adjusted torsion bars or torsion bars that have become weak. If resetting the ride height to factory spec (per the tech article & adjusting the t-bars - both of which are covered in the Tech Article DIY section) cannot be accomplished with the adjustment available, then the torsion bar on the sagging side should be replaced. Before doing so, fully inspect the rear suspension. A weak or broken rear leaf spring can cause the front end to sag as well.

I guess I should have asked since you didn't specify... 4wd or 2wd? 4wd == torsion bar front suspension (adjustable within limits). 2wd == coil spring front suspension (not adjustable). It is possible to have a weak coil spring if 2wd as well, but definitely check out the rear leaf springs.
