Default Rear Snubbers

On my 2000 Blazer, ther two bullet shaped rubber bumpers attached to the frame over the axle. They have deterorited and I'd like to replace them but don't know what the technical/ formal name or part number is so I can buy them.

Any advice?

Thanks,

Al

They are called bump stops. You can get them from the dealer for fairly cheap or buy them aftermarket.

Mine are deteriorated too, but I can't seem to find them for the rear. I need them for both the front and back but I can only find the fronts. Is it possible that they are the same?

They are not even close to being the same. The rears are quite a big beefier and longer than the fronts. Check your local dealership, they should have them in stock. Or try Rock Auto or GM Parts Direct online.

I was pretty sure they weren't the same but I haven't looked at them in a few months. I've checked Rock auto but they've only got the fronts and they're not expensive so thats good. I'll call the closest dealership tomorrow.
